Follow the evidence across sources.
A hearing’s calendar listing, testimony, video and transcript may be scattered across websites. Connecting them makes the proceeding easier to understand.
We hope Congress and state legislatures will make these connections part of their data operations. In the meantime, we are showing why they matter.
Coverage varies. An assignment does not prove attendance; a name match does not prove a relationship.
We preserve source identifiers, add shared identifiers where needed, and keep evidence with each connection.

Browse public records in the Explorers. Request API access to staff, Members, committees, Member history, hearings and witnesses. Approved partners manage API keys and dataset access in the Hub.
API access is by invitation; coverage varies by dataset. MCP access is planned.

Send a record link, a plain-language correction and supporting evidence. Invited partners can use the Hub; anyone can contact us.
We are building a shared process to record contributions from people and agents, review changes and preserve correction history.

Much of our data work, including the Explorers, is free. Fees for higher-volume and commercial access help cover maintenance and support civic use.
Access, limits and fees are agreed during onboarding. API terms are separate from the underlying source records’ reuse rights.
For institutions
Your records. Your publication decisions.
We help governments digitize and organize their records. Each institution decides what to share under its own laws and norms. Public release is not a condition of working with us.
When institutions choose to publish, we work with partners to distribute and maintain the data, and seek compensation or support for that work.
